Associate - Compensation
Develop business/system requirements, participate in design discussions, create test cases/test plans for outstanding defects and application enhancements. Partner with cross functional teams to deliver against business intent. Support release management processes, reviewing testing documentation, and obtaining approvals. Provide support to LOB customers for BAU processing, as well as requirements gathering, test planning, governance controls and validation in an agile project environment. Build solid relationships with our Business and Technology partners to deliver strong results. Provide support during incident management.
At least 2 years of experience as a business systems analyst or data analyst
2+ years experience with agile delivery
Previous systems experience specifically Varicent/IBM Cognos or other top tier systems/platforms
