- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members to improve sales skills and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the local market.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company and generate leads.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the sales team's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
- Represent the company with a professional and positive attitude at all times.
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed to support sales activities.
- Collaborate with other Area Sales Managers to share best practices and drive company-wide sales initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Ft. Lauderdale Market And The Ability To Develop And Execute Effective Sales Strategies In The Area.
