  1. Lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and requirements.
  3. Utilize your strong technical background to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  4. Manage and prioritize multiple complex projects to ensure timely delivery.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates and insights on project progress.

  7. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
  8. Conduct regular code reviews and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the development and implementation process.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party tools and solutions into our ServiceNow platform.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices.
  12. Take ownership and responsibility for the success of projects and actively seek out opportunities to improve processes and systems.
  13. Work closely with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  14. Provide training and support to end-users on new and existing solutions.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow platform and related technologies.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Servicenow Platform: A Technology Engineer Principal At Capital Group Companies Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform And Its Various Modules. This Includes But Is Not Limited To Itsm, Itom, Cmdb, And Service Portal.

  • Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Areas Such As Software Development, Database Management, And Systems Integration. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Design And Implement Solutions Using The Servicenow Platform.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Technology Engineer Principal, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Complex Technology Projects. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Projects Within Budget And Timeline Constraints.

  • Leadership And Mentoring Abilities: Capital Group Companies Values Individuals Who Can Lead And Mentor Others. The Technology Engineer Principal Should Have Experience In Leading A Team Of Engineers And Should Be Able To Provide Guidance And Support To Junior Team Members.
