  5. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
  6. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Manage the social media content calendar and ensure all posts are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  8. Utilize social media listening tools to monitor online conversations and sentiment about the company and its competitors.
  9. Identify and engage with key influencers and industry leaders to expand the company's online reach and credibility.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to gather content and information for social media posts.
  11. Stay informed about relevant industry news and trends to provide timely and relevant content for the company's social media channels.
  12. Continuously track and report on social media KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and provide regular updates to the team and management.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.
  14. Manage and monitor social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for the company on social media, ensuring all content is aligned with the company's values and messaging.
