  1. Develop and execute a product strategy for the Workfront product, in alignment with the overall company strategy and goals.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends, and use this information to inform product development and enhancements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to ensure the successful launch and ongoing improvement of the Workfront product.
  4. Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
  5. Create and maintain a product roadmap, outlining upcoming releases and key milestones.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to drive product improvements and address any issues.
  7. Lead the product development process, including defining user stories, conducting user acceptance testing, and coordinating product releases.
  8. Stay up-to-date with advancements and changes in the Workfront platform, and proactively recommend and implement new features and integrations to enhance the product.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for the Workfront product, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  10. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product team, encouraging new ideas and driving a high level of product quality.
  11. Mentor and coach junior members of the product team, promoting their professional growth and development.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to create product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value and benefits of the Workfront product to target audiences.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Focus On Software Or Technology Products, Preferably In The Project Management Or Work Management Space.

  • Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Business.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Products From Concept To Market, Including Defining Product Strategy, Conducting Market Research, And Driving Product Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Experience Working In Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization And Drive Alignment Towards Product Goals And Objectives.
