  1. Develop and implement innovative and effective learning solutions for employees.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging training programs.
  3. Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and design appropriate learning solutions.
  4. Utilize a variety of instructional design methodologies and technologies to create impactful learning experiences.
  5. Ensure all training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company goals and objectives.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design to continuously enhance training programs.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into training materials.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior instructional designers to support their professional development.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as instructional design standards and guidelines.
  12. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and alignment across all training programs.
  13. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all training materials.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to support the success of the team.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for instructional design best practices within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Proven Expertise In Designing And Developing Effective Training Programs For Adult Learners.

  • Experience With Various Instructional Design Methodologies And Technologies, Such As Addie, Sam, And E-Learning Authoring Tools.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead A Team Of Instructional Designers And Subject Matter Experts.
