- Develop and implement innovative and effective learning solutions for employees.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging training programs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and design appropriate learning solutions.
- Utilize a variety of instructional design methodologies and technologies to create impactful learning experiences.
- Ensure all training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design to continuously enhance training programs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into training materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior instructional designers to support their professional development.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as instructional design standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and alignment across all training programs.
- Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all training materials.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to support the success of the team.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for instructional design best practices within the organization.
Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Proven Expertise In Designing And Developing Effective Training Programs For Adult Learners.
Experience With Various Instructional Design Methodologies And Technologies, Such As Addie, Sam, And E-Learning Authoring Tools.
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead A Team Of Instructional Designers And Subject Matter Experts.
