  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of global regulatory requirements and internal policies related to investment operations.
  2. Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of investment processes and operations to identify potential compliance risks and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor compliance controls and procedures.
  4. Provide guidance and support to investment teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in investment compliance and proactively recommend enhancements to our compliance program.
  6. Conduct regular training and education sessions for employees to promote a culture of compliance and ethical business practices.
  7. Monitor and review compliance-related reports and metrics, and prepare reports for senior management.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits, and assist with the resolution of any findings.
  9. Keep abreast of changes in global regulations and communicate potential impact to relevant stakeholders.
  10. Lead or participate in special projects related to compliance initiatives or process improvements.
  11. Represent the firm in compliance-related discussions and meetings with external parties.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and documentation.
  13. Act as a mentor and resource for more junior compliance team members.
  14. Identify and escalate any potential compliance issues or concerns to senior management in a timely manner.
  15. Foster a culture of compliance and integrity within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Investment Compliance Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs And Procedures.
