  1. Serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and management team.
  2. Develop and implement employee relations strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's values and goals.
  3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring a fair and thorough process is followed.
  4. Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  5. Collaborate with HR colleagues and other stakeholders to identify and address any potential employee relations risks or issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and proactively identify potential risks.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  8. Handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
  9. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  10. Provide support and guidance to employees during times of change or transition.
  11. Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  13. Act as a liaison between employees and management, advocating for employee needs while also considering the best interests of the company.
  14. Collaborate with external resources, such as legal counsel, to ensure all employee relations matters are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  15. Continuously assess and improve upon the company's employee relations policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • 10+ Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or A Related Field, Preferably In A Large And Complex Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Eeoc, Ada, Fmla, And State-Specific Laws.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Hr Policies And Procedures That Align With Business Objectives And Promote A Positive Work Culture.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Employee Relations Issues, Including Investigations, Conflict Resolution, And Performance Management.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
