
Sales & Compensation Data Analyst
As a Sales Analyst you will be a key member of the Finance and Sales Compensation team which supports accurate and transparent compensable sales reporting at Capital Group. In this role you will contribute to building the North American Client Group’s (NACG) credited sales processes, data validations, and credited sales reporting in order to deliver accurate data to our business partners in NACG. You will be encouraged to think out of the box with respect to our evolving business needs. You’ll help drive business value by combining your analytical background with your high service orientation, strong integrity and ownership of work. Our enviornment is ever changing, and no two days are the same.
At least 3 years of work experience
Interest in understanding how data and systems work and how to leverage them to meet business needs
