As a Retirement Plans Operations Summer Associate, you will have a unique opportunity to learn about the retirement plan industry and create value by identifying trends and participating in process design for our associates and customers. Our Retirement Plans Services operations team is passionate about supporting our internal team by providing data analysis, procedural design, and education relative to a variety of topics. You’ll research, evaluate and respond to procedural inquiries and make recommendations for updates. You’ll provide data statistics to Business Analytics team for use in recurring business reporting. You’ll review, research, and communicate impacts of regulatory/legislative updates.
