9. Manage crisis communications and develop strategies to address any negative publicity.
10. Oversee the company's social media presence and develop engaging content to promote the company's brand and initiatives.
11. Manage and mentor a team of public relations professionals.
12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's brand.
13. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support public relations efforts.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's public relations strategies and tactics.
