- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance and maintain the public image of the company.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries and manage relationships with key media outlets.
- Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials to promote the company's initiatives and achievements.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare reports on the company's public image.
- Plan and execute media events, such as press conferences and interviews, to promote the company's initiatives and raise awareness.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and community partners.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for the company to be featured in relevant media outlets.
- Manage crisis communications and develop strategies to address any negative publicity.
- Oversee the company's social media presence and develop engaging content to promote the company's brand and initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of public relations professionals.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's brand.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support public relations efforts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's public relations strategies and tactics.
- Ensure all communication efforts align with the company's mission, values, and brand guidelines.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Public Relations, Preferably In The Financial Industry
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders
Strong Understanding Of Media Relations And Experience Working With Journalists And Media Outlets
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Public Relations Strategies And Campaigns, With Measurable Results.
