Proofreader

As one of our Senior Proofreaders you will be responsible for proofreading, light copy editing and fact-checking statistics and content for the Books and QAR production team in the North American Client Group organization within Capital Group. The Books and QAR team produces data-intensive marketing materials used by investment professionals and our sales teams and includes chart-heavy presentation books and slides. You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to review and improve existing content, coordinate requests for and update statistics and compliance footnote language using internal tools and software, conduct research related to content development and participate in team and strategy development meetings. As a senior member of the team, you will function as a resource to the department by mentoring and guiding other junior associates, including being responsible for onboarding and training the proofer team and vendor partners.
