PCS Business Operations Specialist
As one of our Private Client Services Business Operations Specialists, you will be responsible for the administration, communication, coordination and monitoring of Private Client Services business initiatives and policies. Working with Senior Business Operations Specialists, this team member will assist in the development of recommendations for the Client Relationship Team, provide project management for initiatives of size and scope, crossing department and company boundaries, and work with business units to support various Private Client Services initiatives and projects.
2+ years of experience working in product management as a SME or Business Analyst.
Knowledge of CRM tools a plus.
Ability to extract and communicate the key points from large amounts of information gathered via research and/or analysis.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
