Meeting Planning Associate
As a Meeting Planning Associate, you will work to fully execute on all aspects of meeting and event coordination for American Funds Distribution including but not limited to venue logistics, organizing the invitation process, and strong attention to detail.
Experience assisting in planning a meeting calendar and address any unforeseen issues and asses’ options as appropriate.
Experience developing and maintaining effective professional relationships with key external and internal customers
Experience with using C-Vent technology.
Experience working on multiple projects at a time in different stages and are able to produce results at a high volume.
