  1. Develop and maintain high-quality Java code and applications using AEM technology.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement innovative digital solutions.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM and Java technologies, trends, and best practices.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM and Java development.
  5. Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  6. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  7. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, testing, and deployment.
  8. Continuously improve and optimize existing AEM applications to enhance performance and user experience.
  9. Proactively identify and propose new ideas and solutions to improve processes and overall product quality.
  10. Communicate project status and updates to team members and stakeholders.
  11. Mentor and train junior developers on AEM and Java development best practices.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and compliance standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Java Programming Language: A Strong Understanding Of Java Is Essential For A Java/Aem Developer At Capital Group. This Includes Knowledge Of Core Concepts Such As Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, And Algorithms.

  • Experience With Adobe Experience Manager (Aem): Aem Is The Primary Content Management System (Cms) Used By Capital Group. Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Aem's Architecture, Components, And Development Best Practices.

  • Knowledge Of Web Development Technologies: A Java/Aem Developer Should Be Familiar With Web Development Technologies Such As Html, Css, And Javascript. This Knowledge Is Necessary For Creating And Maintaining Aem Templates, Components, And Client-Side Functionality.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: A Java/Aem Developer Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Technical Problems And Come Up With Effective Solutions. This Requires A Strong Understanding Of Software Development Principles And The Ability To Troubleshoot Issues In A Timely Manner.

  • Experience With Agile Development Methodologies: Capital Group Follows An Agile Development Process, So Experience With Agile Methodologies Such As Scrum Or Kanban Is Highly Desirable. Candidates Should Be Comfortable Working In A Fast-Paced, Collaborative Environment And Be Able To Adapt To Changing Project Requirements.
