  1. Design and implement HR technology solutions using Workday to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide recommendations for HR technology solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of Workday functionality to ensure successful implementation and maintenance.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday, providing guidance and support to HR and other departments.
  5. Partner with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the HR technology landscape.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and make recommendations for implementation.
  8. Serve as the main point of contact for any technical issues or questions related to Workday.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation for HR technology processes, procedures, and solutions.
  10. Train and support end-users on Workday functionality and processes.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
  12. Participate in the planning and execution of HR technology projects, including upgrades and new system implementations.
  13. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR data and adhere to data privacy and security protocols.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline HR technology processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Systems, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Business Analyst, Preferably In The Hr Technology Space.

  • Strong Understanding Of Workday Hcm, Including Core Hr, Compensation, Benefits, And Talent Management Modules.

  • Proven Experience In Gathering And Documenting Business Requirements, Creating Functional Specifications, And Conducting User Acceptance Testing.
