- Conduct thorough analysis of current HR processes and identify areas for improvement through the use of technology.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Workday implementations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday, staying up-to-date with new features and functionalities and providing guidance to HR and business leaders on potential uses and benefits.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for Workday implementations and enhancements.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, ensuring that all changes and updates meet business requirements and are properly tested before deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday, serving as the first point of contact for HR and business users.
- Provide training and support to HR and business users on Workday functionalities, ensuring proper utilization and adoption of the system.
- Conduct regular audits and data integrity checks to ensure accuracy of HR data within Workday.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Workday and make recommendations for enhancements and process improvements.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and make recommendations for how Capital Group Companies can leverage them to improve HR processes and systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems Or Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working As A Business Analyst With A Focus On Hr Technology, Preferably With Workday.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Workday Hr Modules, Including Core Hr, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, And Payroll.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Understand Complex Business Processes And Translate Them Into Technical Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders.
