  1. Oversee the order management process for global investment portfolios.
  2. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  3. Monitor investment control processes and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Collaborate with investment teams to ensure all orders are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of investment control professionals.
  7. Monitor trade settlements and resolve any discrepancies.
  8. Stay updated on market trends and changes in investment regulations.
  9. Analyze data and provide regular reports on order management performance.
  10. Communicate with clients and provide exceptional service in addressing any concerns or inquiries related to order management.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  12. Participate in relevant industry conferences and events to stay informed and share best practices.
  13. Ensure all processes and procedures are in line with company values and goals.
  14. Train and onboard new team members as needed.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline the order management process.

Job Qualifications

  • Degree In Finance Or Related Field: A Global Investment Control Order Management Manager At Capital Group Companies Must Have A Strong Educational Background In Finance Or A Related Field. This Will Ensure A Solid Understanding Of Investment Principles And Strategies.

  • Extensive Experience In Investment Management: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Investment Management, Preferably In A Global Setting. This Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of The Complexities Of Managing Investments On A Global Scale.

  • Knowledge Of Order Management Systems: Proficiency In Order Management Systems Is A Must For This Role. Candidates Should Have Experience With Various Systems And Be Able To Navigate And Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Global Investment Control Order Management Manager, One Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Investment Data And Making Strategic Decisions. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Are Essential To Ensure Effective Decision-Making.

Compensation
