Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Relationship Manager to join Capital Group Companies. In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Your deep understanding of customer service and relationship management will be instrumental in helping us create and sustain long-term relationships with our clients. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a thorough understanding of customer service principles and practices. Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty -Provide superior customer service to ensure client retention -Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement -Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions -Develop customer service strategies to ensure customer satisfaction -Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure customer retention -Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries -Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty -Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to customer service requirements -Provide feedback to management on customer service trends and customer experience initiatives
