  • Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement in DEI efforts
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership and HR teams on DEI issues and best practices
  • Create and deliver training programs and workshops to educate employees on DEI principles and practices
  • Collaborate with recruitment and talent acquisition teams to develop strategies for attracting diverse candidates
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to promote DEI initiatives and partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze data and metrics related to DEI efforts to measure progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Serve as a resource and advisor for employees on DEI-related matters, including addressing concerns and handling complaints
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in DEI to continuously improve and evolve our approach
  • Communicate and promote the company's DEI initiatives internally and externally to demonstrate our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human Resources, Diversity And Inclusion, Or Organizational Development.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Diversity And Inclusion Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Diversity And Inclusion Principles And Best Practices, As Well As Current Trends And Issues In The Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives And Programs, Including Training And Education, Recruitment And Retention Strategies, And Employee Resource Groups.
