We are currently seeking a Director of Investor Development and Early Career Investors to join our dynamic and innovative team.   1. Lead and mentor a team of early career investors, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for growing and diversifying our investor base.
  3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
  4. Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to inform investment strategies and decisions.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to align investor development goals with overall company objectives.
  6. Create and deliver presentations to investors and other stakeholders, effectively communicating the company's goals and investment strategies.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry regulations, to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance to investors.
  8. Set and track performance goals for the investor development team, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive success.
  9. Continuously seek out and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion, identifying potential partnerships and networking opportunities.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and establishing new connections.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Background In Finance And Investment Management: The Director, Investor Development And Early Career Investors Should Possess A Solid Understanding Of Financial Markets, Investment Strategies, And Portfolio Management.

  • Proven Track Record In Developing And Executing Investor Development Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Successfully Developing And Implementing Strategies To Attract And Retain Early Career Investors.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: As A Key Liaison Between Capital Group Companies And Early Career Investors, The Director Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills And The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships.

  • Leadership And Management Experience: The Role Of Director Requires Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team Of Professionals. Previous Experience In A Management Position Is Highly Desirable.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Best Practices: The Investment Landscape Is Constantly Evolving, And The Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Industry Trends And Best Practices Related To Early Career Investing. This Includes Knowledge Of Emerging Technologies And Digital Platforms That Can Be Used To Attract And Engage Early Career Investors.
