- Lead and manage a team of end user support technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Develop and implement strategies and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of end user support services.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the end user support team, including monitoring ticket queues and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address end user support needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments to ensure the organization is utilizing the most efficient and effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and effective support for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor and analyze end user support metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to upper management.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to support end users and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to end users, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any escalated issues.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise and stay current with industry standards and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In It Support, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of End User Support Processes And Best Practices, Including Incident Management, Problem Resolution, And Service Level Agreements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team, With A Focus On Driving Continuous Improvement And Delivering High-Quality Customer Service.
