Design Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Design Operations Manager to join our team at Capital Group Companies. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage Design Team operations, ensuring all resources, tools, and guidance are provided for successful project execution.
2. Develop and execute programs that support the design process.
3. Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.
4. Manage team members and projects, as well as track and report on project progress.
5. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, while developing relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
6. Monitor design trends and adjust team operations accordingly.
7. Oversee budgeting and cost control for Design Team projects.
8. Provide guidance and support to team members in all areas of design.
9. Create and maintain documentation for design processes and procedures.
10. Identify and address areas of improvement, and proactively implement process improvements.
