Design Operations Manager

We are looking for a Design Operations Manager to join the Creative team at Capital Group Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of all projects and initiatives, in partnership with the Creative team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for problem-solving. You should also have a strong track record of successfully managing multiple projects from concept to completion, and be comfortable leading cross-functional teams.Qualifications include:• 5+ years of experience in a design-related field, with a focus on operations and project management• Demonstrated experience in driving successful initiatives and projects• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams• Proven track record of providing creative solutions to complex problems• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills• A thorough understanding of design principles, processes and workflow• Knowledge of project management and design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.)• Bachelor’s degree in design, communication, or related field

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain efficient workflows for the Creative team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful initiatives and projects.
3. Collaborate with the Creative team to provide creative solutions to complex problems.
4. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
5. Monitor the progress of projects and initiatives, and provide guidance and support to teams.
6. Ensure that projects are completed within budget and meet the company’s quality standards.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in design and operations.
8. Utilize design and project management tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.) for successful project execution.
9. Provide feedback and guidance to teams on design solutions.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
