  1. Act as a subject matter expert on employee benefits and serve as the primary point of contact for all benefits-related inquiries and issues.
  2. Collaborate with leaders and colleagues across the organization to design and implement comprehensive benefits programs that align with our company's values and goals.
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefit options, enrollment processes, and any changes or updates to benefits plans.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and analysis of our benefits programs to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements or changes.
  6. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to employee benefits, including but not limited to ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
  7. Develop and deliver effective communication strategies to educate employees about our benefits offerings and promote participation and engagement.
  8. Partner with external vendors and consultants to negotiate contracts, resolve claims issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality benefits services to our employees.
  9. Manage the annual open enrollment process, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, creating communication materials, and overseeing the enrollment platform.
  10. Serve as a liaison between employees and insurance providers, resolving any issues or concerns that arise and advocating for employees in the benefits arena.
  11. Continuously assess employee satisfaction with our benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall employee experience.
  12. Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefits records and ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Represent the company at benefits fairs, conferences, and other events as needed.
  14. Train and mentor other HR team members on benefits-related topics and processes.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Employee Benefits Administration Or Consulting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Benefit Laws, Regulations, And Industry Trends

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders

  • Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment With A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Ability To Prioritize Multiple Tasks.
