Job Description

As a Strategic Product Development Senior Associate, you will be a part of the Global Product Strategy & Development (GPSD) team, a functional department housed within Capital Group’s North American Client Group. The Strategic Product Development team is responsible for the product development process across Capital Group. You will be a part of a team that generates, develops, evaluates, and launches new product ideas in support of Capital’s mission to improve people’s lives through successful investing. Recent examples of this team’s work include the recent launch of our ETF business, hybrid active/passive models with Vanguard and fund launches in Europe and Asia.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of product development and/or product management experience

  • 1-2 years of management/strategy consulting, product strategy or corporate strategy experience.

  • Experience within the asset management or finance industry is highly desired, but not required.
