Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Investment Strategies: An Asset Allocation Strategist At Capital Group Companies Should Have A Deep Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Investment Strategies. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Past Performance, Identify Trends, And Make Informed Decisions About Asset Allocation.

  • Advanced Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field: A Strong Academic Background In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field Is Often A Requirement For This Role. An Advanced Degree Can Demonstrate A Candidate's Knowledge And Expertise In Investment Management And Financial Analysis.

  • Relevant Work Experience In Asset Allocation: Previous Experience In Asset Allocation Or A Related Field Is Highly Valued By Capital Group Companies. This May Include Positions In Investment Management, Financial Planning, Or Portfolio Management.
