  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the TKO EACG program
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for future Early Career Associates
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in the financial industry
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Support senior team members in client meetings and presentations
  • Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management
  • Act as a liaison between different departments within the company to ensure smooth communication and coordination
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and standards at all times
  • Continuously seek out learning opportunities and proactively share knowledge with team members
  • Meet and exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the TKO EACG program.
