- Develop and optimize environmental health and safety processes for clients using Maximo software.
- Utilize expertise in Maximo to implement best practices and increase efficiency for clients.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on EHS initiatives and how to maximize the use of Maximo.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of Maximo processes.
- Act as a leader within the EHS team, mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Maximo to continuously improve processes and provide clients with the most up-to-date solutions.
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of client processes to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and provide solutions to address them.
- Lead training and workshops for clients to educate them on Maximo and its capabilities.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and budgets.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the EHS team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in all EHS processes.
- Represent Capgemini as a subject matter expert on Maximo EHS processes at industry events and conferences.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor for all EHS-related matters.
