  1. Provide expert-level knowledge and support for Oracle Fusion WMS to clients and project teams.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement customized solutions for clients.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Oracle Fusion WMS to continuously enhance skills and expertise.
  5. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions.
  6. Lead and participate in meetings, presentations, and workshops to gather requirements, provide updates, and discuss project progress.
  7. Utilize project management methodologies to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
  8. Mentor and guide junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge in Oracle Fusion WMS.
  9. Identify and recommend process improvements and best practices to optimize client operations.
  10. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project success.
  11. Provide timely and accurate reporting on project status, issues, and risks to project managers and senior leadership.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and add value to client projects.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Capgemini, promoting our services and maintaining a positive image in the industry.
  15. Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality work within established timelines.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Oracle Fusion Wms: A Senior Applications Consultant At Capgemini Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Oracle Fusion Wms, Including Its Core Functionalities, Configurations, And Integrations With Other Systems.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: As A Senior Consultant, The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Projects Related To Oracle Fusion Wms, Ensuring On-Time Delivery And Client Satisfaction.
