Capgemini is seeking an experienced and skilled SAP professional to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP PP / MRP solutions.In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of all SAP PP / MRP solutions, from requirements gathering and design, to development, testing, and deployment. You will also provide day-to-day support and maintenance of existing SAP PP / MRP solutions, and provide guidance and mentorship to other SAP PP / MRP team members.To be successful in this role, you must have an in-depth understanding of SAP PP / MRP technologies, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems. Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze requirements to design, develop, and implement SAP PP / MRP solutions.
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of existing SAP PP / MRP solutions.
- Mentor and guide other SAP PP / MRP team members.
- Keep up-to-date on the latest SAP PP / MRP technologies and trends.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
