- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to deliver successful transformation projects for clients.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' procurement operations to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize their procurement functions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in procurement to continuously improve our services and offerings.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the transformation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budget.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates, address concerns, and obtain buy-in for transformation initiatives.
- Conduct trainings and workshops for clients to facilitate the adoption of new procurement processes and technologies.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities by promoting our procurement transformation services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with other departments within Capgemini to leverage resources and expertise for the success of procurement transformation projects.

- Keep track of industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure clients' procurement processes are in line with legal and ethical standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our procurement transformation methodologies to enhance our services and deliver better results to clients.
Strong Procurement Experience: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Procurement, With A Focus On Transformation And Process Improvement. This Includes Experience In Managing Complex Projects And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Strategic Thinking: The Ability To Think Strategically And Develop Long-Term Procurement Strategies To Drive Business Growth And Cost Savings. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Market Trends, Supplier Relationships, And Risk Management.
Change Management Skills: Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Large-Scale Procurement Transformation Projects, Including Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, And Communication Strategies. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements And Drive Cultural Change Within An Organization.
Industry Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of The Industry And Market Dynamics, Including Knowledge Of Best Practices In Procurement, Supply Chain Management, And Sourcing Strategies. This Includes Experience In Implementing New Technologies And Digital Solutions To Drive Efficiency And Innovation.
