Job Description

Capgemini is looking for a motivated and experienced POS Consultant to join our team. This position will involve working on a variety of exciting projects to help our clients develop and implement innovative Point of Sale (POS) solutions. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in POS systems and a passion for helping our customers succeed.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2-3 years of POS consulting experience, along with a strong understanding of the POS market and industry trends. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have a positive and professional attitude. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with the company, and who is excited about the opportunity to help our customers succeed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer needs and develop tailored POS solutions that meet their requirements.
  2. Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful execution and implementation of POS systems.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to ensure satisfaction with the POS systems.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with POS vendors and suppliers.
  5. Train customers on the proper use of POS systems.
  6. Provide ongoing support to customers regarding their POS systems.
  7. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Execute changes to the POS systems as needed.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the POS systems.
