1. Manage and own the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for clients' sites.
2. Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of MES systems.
3. Implement new features and enhancements to optimize clients' manufacturing processes.
4. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their business needs and translate them into MES solutions.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MES technology to continuously improve the system.
6. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with the MES system to minimize downtime and disruptions.
7. Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures and user manuals.
8. Train and support end-users in utilizing the MES system effectively.
9. Lead and participate in project meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
10. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as IT, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of the MES system.
11. Drive digital transformation and process improvements for clients by leveraging the capabilities of the MES system.
12. Provide regular status reports and updates to project managers and stakeholders.
13. Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
14. Continuously evaluate and suggest ways to improve the MES system and processes.
15. Collaborate with other MES Site System Owners across different clients to share knowledge and best practices.
16. Represent Capgemini as a subject matter expert in MES technology in client interactions.
17. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
18. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in MES systems.
