Java Support Engineer

Furthermore, experience with cloud-based services and DevOps technologies will be considered an asset.The primary responsibility of the Java Support Engineer will be to provide technical support to our customers, troubleshoot and resolve any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. As such, we are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Java for Capgemini customers.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical support.
3. Assist in debugging and resolving customer-reported issues.
4. Proactively monitor customer systems for potential issues and take preventative action when necessary.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to software products.
6. Assist in developing and maintaining software tools and systems.
7. Collaborate with other engineers to ensure customer systems are running optimally.
8. Stay up to date on the latest Java technologies and best practices.
9. Support the team in developing and deploying cloud-based services and DevOps technologies.
10. Participate in code reviews and other quality assurance activities.
