Job Description

Welcome to Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Infrastructure Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation and maintenance of our network, servers, databases and other critical systems. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for technology. If you have a proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects and possess the required qualifications, we would love to hear from you.

  1. Design and implement efficient and reliable IT infrastructure solutions in line with company standards and objectives.
  2. Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of network, server, and database systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  4. Develop and implement disaster recovery and backup plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to understand their infrastructure needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  6. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  7. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT infrastructure space, making recommendations for implementation as appropriate.
  8. Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards to safeguard company data and systems.
  9. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any issues.
  10. Create and maintain documentation of the company's IT infrastructure, including diagrams, processes, and procedures.
  11. Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  12. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan and execute infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  13. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to IT infrastructure management.
  14. Keep senior management informed of any critical infrastructure issues and provide regular status updates on ongoing projects.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT infrastructure, implementing changes as needed.
