  1. Lead and manage a team of data and technology professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Design, implement, and maintain data lakes on Microsoft Azure, utilizing best practices and ensuring high quality and scalable solutions.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations for data lake solutions.
  4. Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in Azure and data lake technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our projects and clients.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  6. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and coaching to team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and communicate them to stakeholders to ensure project success.
  8. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, encouraging team members to explore new technologies and techniques to improve our solutions.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and business analysts, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  10. Represent the company and showcase our expertise in Azure and data lakes through conferences, workshops, and other industry events.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Data Lakers Azure Tech Lead At Capgemini Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Azure Platform And Its Various Components. They Should Also Have Experience With Cloud-Based Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, And Analytics Solutions.

  • Project Management Experience: As A Tech Lead, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Projects And Managing A Team Of Data Engineers And Analysts. Therefore, They Must Have Previous Experience In Project Management And Be Able To Effectively Plan, Organize, And Execute Projects.

  • Azure Certifications: Capgemini Prefers Candidates With Relevant Azure Certifications, Such As Azure Data Engineer Associate Or Azure Solutions Architect Expert. These Certifications Demonstrate A High Level Of Proficiency And Expertise In The Azure Platform, Making The Candidate A Strong Fit For The Role.
