Job Description

Are you a solutions-oriented problem solver with a passion for contact center technology? We’re looking for a Contact Center Solutions Consultant to join our team at Capgemini and help us deliver innovative solutions to our clients.In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to clients on contact center solutions. You will be involved in the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and an in-depth knowledge of contact center technologies.To be successful in this role, you should have a BS/BA degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience. You should also have a working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience with contact center solutions such as Avaya, Genesys, or Cisco. Additionally, you should be able to lead and direct teams and collaborate across teams to ensure successful solution delivery.If you’re a motivated and passionate Contact Center Solutions Consultant, we want to hear from you!
