Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative recruiting support to the Regional Recruiting Team and may be asked to provide support for other HR functions. Supports and maintains college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs. Schedule all Career Fairs and maintain a working inventory of campus marketing material, promotional giveaways, and display equipment. Work with all candidates to complete necessary paper work in accordance with company policy. Navigate iCims and the PeopleSoft database to open and close requisitions and to on-board new employees. Provide assistance to recruiters with sourcing/identifying/contacting new candidates and screening potential candidates. Works with line managers to ensure open positions are logged into and approved in iCIMS; monitors and updates iCIMS on a timely basis. May cold call competition for professional talent for open positions. Interviews, selects and recommends applicants to management for review.
