Email Marketing Specialist

This individual will be responsible for building email campaigns. Execute day-to-day operational tasks to support business-as-usual emails, from creative setup and HTML coding to testing/QA and deployment via provider platform. Utilize QA Checklist to QA emails across the most popular clients, apps and devices. Troubleshoot on production-related issues with ESP (email service provider). Set up A/B test and learn campaigns (subject line, creative, layout, copy, etc.) Maintain automated, personalized campaigns to drive loyalty and engagement. Assist other team-members in maintaining the email program calendar. This individual may also be responsible for leading business requirement meetings to help design the solutions needed within our tools to achieve our acquisition and retention strategies. Be the liaison between marketing and IT/BI to help drive customer data integration to define, configure and build capabilities within the marketing platforms.
