As a Client Svc I Rep. for Device Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' devices are running smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual who is able to work the evening shift from 3:00PM-12:00AM.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions for device maintenance.
  2. Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on client devices to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  3. Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests in our system.
  5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to industry standards.
  6. Stay updated on the latest technology and product developments to effectively assist clients with their device maintenance needs.
  7. Ensure that all client devices are properly configured and set up according to their specific requirements.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns that may arise with client devices.
  9. Work the evening shift from 3:00PM-12:00AM to provide support to clients during non-business hours.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values and commitment to client satisfaction.
