  1. Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing them with a warm and friendly welcome to Canon.
  2. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of Canon's products and services, and effectively communicate this information to clients.
  4. Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  5. Serve as a liaison between clients and other departments within the company, communicating any relevant information or feedback.
  6. Accurately document and track all client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  7. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and streamline our client service processes.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  10. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving client experiences and overall customer satisfaction.
  11. Meet and exceed performance targets and metrics set by management.
  12. Handle client escalations and complaints with empathy and a focus on finding a resolution.
  13. Continuously strive to improve the overall client experience and promote customer loyalty.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
  15. Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to client service and Canon's products and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: A Successful Client Service Representative I Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, The Ability To Empathize With Customers, And A Positive Attitude To Provide Exceptional Service To Canon Clients.

  • Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Similar Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle Customer Inquiries And Resolve Issues Effectively.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems: As A Client Service Representative I, Candidates Should Be Proficient In Using Computer Systems And Have Basic Knowledge Of Microsoft Office. This Will Enable Them To Efficiently Navigate Canon's Crm System And Provide Accurate Information To Clients.

  • Time Management And Multitasking Abilities: This Part-Time Position Requires Candidates To Manage Their Time Effectively And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously. Strong Time Management And Multitasking Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Typically Required For This Position. Candidates With A College Degree Or Relevant Certification In Customer Service Or A Related Field May Be Preferred.
