Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished and highly motivated Senior Vice President of Product Development and Innovation to join our team at Canada Goose Co. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product development and innovation strategies to drive our growth and create products that will excite our customers.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product development and innovation, and a proven track record of successful product launches. You must have a demonstrable ability to identify market trends and opportunities, develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs, and lead complex projects from concept to completion.The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be a strategic thinker who is highly driven and results-oriented. We are looking for someone who is passionate about product development and innovation and is excited to join our team and help us shape the future of Canada Goose Co.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute product development and innovation strategies to drive growth and create exciting products.
  2. Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  3. Lead complex projects from concept to completion.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  5. Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
  6. Lead and motivate a team of product development and innovation professionals.
  7. Analyze data to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful product launches.
  9. Ensure products are designed and developed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
