Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join the Canada Goose Co. team! Our ideal candidate is an experienced, outgoing individual with a passion for customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while driving sales and increasing brand loyalty.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of retail sales experience, knowledge and understanding of Canada Goose Co. products, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate should also be able to think on their feet and be involved in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Provide customers with information on Canada Goose Co. products
• Assist customers with selecting the right products for their needs
• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions
• Maintain store displays and product inventory
• Upsell products and services to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and address customer complaints
• Assist in store promotions and special events
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge
• Utilize sales strategies to increase store revenue
• Ensure store is clean and organized
