The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to create innovative solutions to optimize our HRIS systems.We are looking for an individual with:• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• The ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail• Advanced knowledge of HRIS systemsIf you are a motivated and ambitious professional, who is looking to take their career to the next level, then this is the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company regulations.
- Create innovative solutions to optimize company HRIS systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with various departments to ensure their HRIS needs are met.
- Monitor HRIS system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies.
- Manage and update employee records, such as job titles, salary changes, and benefit plans.
- Train and provide support to staff on the use of HRIS systems.
- Prepare detailed reports on HRIS system performance.
- Create and implement policies and procedures for the use of HRIS systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS system issues.
