Responsibilities:

1. Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company regulations.
2. Create innovative solutions to optimize company HRIS systems.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with various departments to ensure their HRIS needs are met.
4. Monitor HRIS system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
5. Research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies.
6. Manage and update employee records, such as job titles, salary changes, and benefit plans.
7. Train and provide support to staff on the use of HRIS systems.
8. Prepare detailed reports on HRIS system performance.
9. Create and implement policies and procedures for the use of HRIS systems.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS system issues.
