
Coordinator, Warranty Operations
At Canada Goose Co, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Coordinator, Warranty Operations to join our team and help us provide our customers with the world-class service they have come to expect. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a passion for customer service, along with the technical aptitude and organizational skills necessary to ensure that our warranty operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our warranty policies and regulations, and be able to take initiative to identify and implement process improvements.The Coordinator, Warranty Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our customer service team, providing a single point of contact for all warranty inquiries. Our candidate should be able to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have:• A minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service and/or warranty operations• A technical aptitude and excellent organizational skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• The ability to think critically and problem-solve• Strong attention to detail• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment• A passion for providing world-class customer service
Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service team • Provide a single point of contact for all warranty inquiries • Stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders • Ensure our warranty policies and regulations are followed • Identify and implement process improvements • Analyze customer inquiries and develop creative solutions • Provide world-class customer service • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records • Monitor performance metrics and trends • Troubleshoot any customer issues or inquiries
