1. Represent the Canada Goose brand by providing exceptional customer service and creating an engaging customer experience.

3. Demonstrate product knowledge and have an active interest in the fashion industry.
4. Assist the team in creating and executing promotional activities to increase customer engagement.
5. Maintain a professional attitude at all times and ensure that Canada Goose’s brand standards are upheld.
6. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Monitor stock levels and assist with product replenishment when necessary.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
