Brand Ambassador - Experience

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join the Canada Goose Co. team. This individual must be passionate about Canada Goose Co. and have an in-depth knowledge of our brand and products. The Brand Ambassador will act as a representative of our brand and will be responsible for promoting our products to customers and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Experience in the outdoor/apparel industry and/or with Canada Goose Co. is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a strong desire to promote the Canada Goose Co. brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Canada Goose Co. and act as a spokesperson for our brand.
2. Develop relationships with customers and promote Canada Goose Co. products.
3. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns.
5. Educate customers about Canada Goose Co. products.
6. Monitor customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and news.
8. Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
9. Participate in store events and promotional activities.
10. Assist with inventory management and store operations.
