  1. Develop and execute strategic merchandise plans for the wholesale business of Calvin Klein.
  2. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  3. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
  4. Conduct thorough sales forecasting to inform buying decisions and ensure appropriate stock levels.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to align merchandise plans with overall business goals.
  6. Identify and analyze key performance indicators to track and measure the success of merchandise plans and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with market trends and inform decision-making.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners to drive business growth and achieve mutual goals.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of merchandise plans.
  11. Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for future merchandise plans.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and innovations in merchandise planning and inventory management to bring new ideas and strategies to the team.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including budget management and compliance with brand guidelines.
  14. Work closely with the retail planning and allocation teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive strategy across all channels of the business.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Wholesale Planning, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Team Members.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Software, With A Strong Understanding Of Retail Math And Inventory Management Principles.
