  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for Calvin Klein's owned and operated retail locations.
  2. Lead and manage a team of retail planning professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful execution of strategies.
  3. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make informed decisions on product selection, pricing, and inventory management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and customer experience.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and drive cost efficiencies.
  6. Create and manage annual budgets for O&O locations, monitoring expenses and making adjustments as needed to achieve financial goals.
  7. Implement and maintain effective inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and competitor strategies, utilizing this knowledge to identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  10. Represent Calvin Klein as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and culture both internally and externally.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of O&O retail operations.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, nurturing the development and growth of team members.
  13. Communicate regularly with senior leadership, providing updates on O&O performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of the Calvin Klein brand and its target customers to inform decision-making and drive brand consistency.
  15. Oversee store openings, closures, and relocations, ensuring a smooth transition and successful launch.
